We’re very excited to announce the spring 2021 meeting of the CloudStack European User group, this time VIRTUAL. The CSEUG has not met since Berlin in February 2020 and now it is time to reconnect.
As the first virtual CSEUG, we rely on all of you to join and help to make the event a real success for our group!

SPEAKERS
Giles Sirett
Giles is a committer, PMC member of the Apache CloudStack project and Chairman of the European CloudStack User Group. He is also CEO & founder of ShapeBlue, the leading independent CloudStack integrator & consultancy. He has worked with many high-profile organisations, helping them strategise, design and implement CloudStack based clouds. Giles is an active contributor to the Apache CloudStack project and has spoken at all CloudStack Collaboration conferences, Linuxcon, and other events.
David Jumani
David is a Software Engineer and an active contributor to the CloudStack Project. In his career, he has worked at some of the biggest virtualization and networking companies – VMware, Cisco, General Electric, building infrastructure and developing cloud and on-premise applications. He is experienced in microservices, machine learning and cloud technologies. David is a national level rugby player and enjoys trekking and long rides.
K B Shiv Kumar
K B Shiv Kumar is CTO of IndiQus Technologies and an open-source enthusiast. Shiv is a Linux lover, Perl-addicted and has over 23 years of experience in open-source software development. He drives the technology strategy at IndiQus and leads the product engineering team. As the Chief Architect of Apiculus, he brings robustness and customer focus to all Indiqus development efforts.
Rafael del Valle
Rafael is a Computer Scientist with over 2 decades of experience creating software products and ventures. After launching products for companies such as Reuters or TIBCO Software, Rafael co-founded 2 software ventures. Rafael is a married father of 3, and enjoys mountain biking, sailing and tinkering.
Gabriel Bräscher
Gabriel Bräscher is the VP of Apache CloudStack and a Cloud Infrastructure Orchestration enthusiast. He started his journey with Cloudstack in 2013 and has been proposing features and bug fixes for CloudStack since 2015. Gabriel became Apache CloudStack Committer in 2017 and was invited to be part of the CloudStack PMC in 2018. At the beginning of 2021, he was appointed by the Apache Software Foundation as the VP of CloudStack (Chair of CloudStack’s PMC).
Simon Weller
Simon Weller is the Senior Director Of Technology at ENA. He has a strong technology background in multiple competencies, including networking, systems and business development with start-ups and established organizations. Simon provides high value and knowledge across all facets of a company from engineering planning through to executive strategic initiatives. He is also a CloudStack PMC member.
Radu Todirica
Radu Todirica is a Java developer and started working with CloudStack two years ago. Last year he started to work on Cloudstack and Tungsten SDN integration and currently is actively contributing to the development of this plugin.
The event will happen on May 27th, starting from 13:00 CET to 17:30 CET.
