The Role
ShapeBlue is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to support and scale our overall marketing efforts – from demand generation and digital campaigns to content, website, and brand presence.
You will play a role in driving pipeline growth while also contributing to the broader marketing function, including website optimisation, content creation, social media, and campaign execution. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines analytical thinking with creative execution and enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing in a B2B technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the company’s overall marketing and demand generation strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, X, Reddit, and others).
- Own and continuously improve website performance, including user journeys, conversion rates, and content updates.
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and inbound pipeline.
- Analyse campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create and promote high-value content (blogs, white papers, solution briefs, case studies).
- Support the creation of marketing collateral (presentations, emails, videos, product materials).
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and engagement across key platforms.
- Monitor and support SEO efforts to improve visibility and organic growth.
- Support the marketing strategy for the new Partners generation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (performance marketing, PPC, SEO, demand generation and similar)
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful demand generation strategies
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, X)
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content-driven growth
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and campaign optimisation
- Experience with CMS and marketing tools (WordPress, Elementor, MailChimp or similar automation tools)
- Familiarity with Hubspot
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent English communication skills (preferably native speaker)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or enterprise technology marketing
- Background in IT or cloud infrastructure industry
- Experience running campaigns in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
