The Role
ShapeBlue is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition and digital growth strategy, and to support our SEO.
You will be responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth across digital channels, optimising conversion performance, and turning marketing investment into revenue impact. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical marketer who thrives in B2B technology environments.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company’s performance marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, X, Reddit and other relevant platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure strong ROI and cost efficiency.
- Design and run A/B testing and conversion optimisation experiments.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Monitor SEO performance and collaborate on optimisation initiatives.
- Working with people from the technical team on the creation of content (blog articles, White Papers, Solution Briefs), resources and their promotion.
- Track and improve website conversion rates, user journeys and key KPIs. This will include website edits and pages updates
- Coordinate with technical teams to promote high-value content (white papers, blogs, solution briefs).
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with external agencies where required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Performance Marketing, SEO or PPC specialist
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of social media marketing – experience with LinkedIn, X, YouTube. Proven track record of developing social media channels for a company and bringing engagement to them.
- Experience in configuring and running online ads in LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube and X. Adjusting campaigns based on results to achieve the campaign target and meet budgets.
- Excellent skills in working with WordPress, Elementor and MailChimp
- Analysis of data in Google Analytics and adjusting campaigns, pages, UX on website, to improve key KPIs.
- Proven record of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Skills in working with image and video editing tools.
